Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

d.        Share the Instagram post to your own IG feed (not stories) using #oberovXallsvart in the caption, tag @oberov.tattoo & @allsvart and keep it up until the winner is chosen.

e.         Screenshot your repost, enter your information below and upload your  screenshot

3.        Prize(s):

a.        Winner Selection:

                                                                                             i.                  Winner will be randomly selected and announced live on Instagram on July 16, 2024 at 9pm, PST.

                                                                                          ii.                  Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries.

b.       Grand Prize

                                                                                             i.                  1 winner will receive 1 free session of custom tattooing with Alex Oberov (@oberov.tattoo) and 50% off a 2nd session. Sessions are from 11a – 7pm

                                                                                          ii.                  Winner will work with Alex on a custom piece – no copies of work will be performed

                                                                                       iii.                  Alex will collect your ideas and create a custom piece for you, with your input.

                                                                                       iv.                  Prize is for tattoo services only, no cash alternative.

                                                                                          v.                  Must book prize sessions before August 31, 2025,

                                                                                       vi.                  This prize is transferrable to a friend or loved one. You may not split the prize – either gift the free and discounted session or keep them to yourself.

c.        Non-Winning entries:

                                                                                             i.         If you don’t win the Grand Prize, you can claim a $300 credit towards a full session at the summer session price of $2000, for sessions on or before October 31, 2025.

                                                                                          ii.         If all available spots are filled, by the time you claim your $300 credit, we may extend the deadline to December 31, 2025 (meaning all sessions must take place prior to these deadlines)

d.       Booking Rules & Requirements

                                                                                             i.         For the Grand Prize, be sure you can make it to your session – it cannot be rescheduled and cancelling or no-showing will result in forfeit of your prize.

                                                                                          ii.         The standard $500/day booking deposits apply when scheduling sessions with the $300 credit. The $300 credit is NOT to be used towards the deposit.

e.        Additional Terms:

                                                                                             i.         Entries are limited to 1 per person to maintain fair odds for all

                                                                                          ii.         Alex Oberov, as an owner of Allsvart reserves the right to adjust sweepstake rules to ensure fairness and/or legal compliance.

                                                                                       iii.         If the winner already has session(s) booked with Alex Oberov, the grand prize cannot be used to cover pre-existing sessions, but to be booked in addition to them.

                                                                                       iv.         Alex Oberov and/or Allsvart will not provide travel, accommodation, parking, or any other benefits to the Grand Prize winner or entrants redeeming the $300 credit towards a summer session.
